We provide technical services not only for local businesses, local towns and cities, and Universities, but we also support many local non-profit organizations. Most of our clients are referrals from other clients. This allows both us and the client to start a new job with a feeling of confidence and commitment. Our Staff is Microsoft Certified and well experienced in both installation, trouble shooting and maintenance of Microsoft Networks.

With the benefit of being able to give back to the community, a number of our clients are non-profit organizations. We offer special terms for 501(c) non-profits and provide the same high level of technical support and experience to the job. Multiple office locations are connected together with a dedicated Wide Area Network. Both a remote site as well as workers in the field are able to share email and company files.

Teach Network Security at The College of Marin One of our staff has been a part time instructor at the College of Marin for about the last 8 years. Classes have included Windows 2000 Server, Network Security and Active Directory. In 2004 he taught class in Network Security CIS 139T Thursday Evenings Jan 29 - Mar 18 that includes topics such as: Firewalls,Network Intrusion Detection, Anti-Spam methods that work, Anti-virus solutions, building your own SNORT Intrusion Detection System in class, and the top 20 FBI vunerabilities for WIndows Servers.

Non-Profit Wide Area Network for Seven Offices A non-profit in the East Bay needed to "get modern" and connect not only to the Internet for email and surfing, but they needed to connect their main office to their 7 remote sites in the Bay Area. For this situation, we installed a dedicated Wide Area Network that linked each remote site to the main site. The stability has been solid. The remote offices can access their main mid-range computer to enter information into the organization data base. They, of course, now have email and Internet access. We also manage some of the server details remotely as necessary to be able to respond quickly or at off-hours without needing to go on-site. This is a time and cost saving.

Marin County Department Support We provide weekly support for one of Marin County's organizations. Supports includes desktop maintenance, upgrades and conversions. Training for County specific tecnnical products. At one point we taught several classes on Windows 2000 Server and Networks to the local Help Desk staff. Having worked with the county for some time, we are able to respond to issues quickly by having a good knowledge of their needs and network capabilities.
